Bhimavaram sits in the West Godavari delta, where gongura leaf, curry-leaf-charred country chicken, and river fish define a cooking tradition unlike anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh. This specificity is the whole point.
The Food Is the Mission
The restaurant launched in Fremont's Irvington district to serve a diaspora community that could immediately taste when something was off — when the gongura was missing, the biryani generic, the spice dialed down for the wrong reasons.
